DRY • ROSE • BLANCO • SWEET

Our vermouths are made in a traditional method, we macerate dried herbs, peels, barks and spices in organic pure grain alcohol. After this steeping period we press and strain the liquid into stainless steel resting tanks, we then blend with wine and cane sugar, and let it rest. We currently produce four varieties.


LYON DRY VERMOUTH Our French style dry vermouth. Green gold in appearance, with hints of zesty lemon, honeysuckle & hay on the nose. Floral & herbaceous to taste, with notes of citrus, elderflower & green apple. Lyon goes well over ice with tonic & a slice of grapefruit, or in a classic cocktail such as a Dry Martini.

SOFIA ROSE VERMOUTH • Our Rose vermouth sits with a new wave of aromatised wines, light pink in colour with a delicate and perfumed balance.

REUS BLANCO VERMOUTH • Our Blanco vermouth in a Spanish style. Scents of baked bread, pears & cut grass fill the nose, while the taste is more savoury & complex. With hints of butterscotch, dried apricots & fresh herbs, there is plenty to excite the palate. Reus pairs well over ice with a touch of soda & a lemon wedge, or in a classic cocktail such as a White Negroni.


ROSSO SWEET VERMOUTH • Our classic red/sweet vermouth. Glossy amber in colour, with hints of orange peel, cola bottles & winter spice on the nose. Aromatic & bittersweet to taste, with notes of black tea, treacle & chocolate orange. Turin is perfect served over ice with ginger ale & an orange slice, or in a classic cocktail, such as an Americano, Manhattan or Negroni.
